Baptism Preparation Classes - The goal here at Holy Trinity is to make this special moment in you and your child’s life a memorable one. Parents are the primary teachers in a child’s life. In Baptism parents and godparents share the role of planting the seed of faith. Nourishing that seed with your love, teachings and example allow that seed to grow.
Parents must be registered members of this parish for at least four months and attend preparation classes which are scheduled four times yearly. The following documents are required at the time of registration:
Required documents from the Parent/s:
1. Proof of registration at either St. Thomas the Apostle or Holy Trinity Catholic Community.
2. Copy (not original) of child's birth certificate
3. $20.00 Donation to help defray the cost of certificates and candles.
Requirements/required documents from the Godparents/Sponsors:
1. Only one godparent is necessary. The godparent must be a fully initiated Catholic(baptized, confirmed, received eucharist), at least 16 years old, and must be leading a sacramental life in harmony with the church. (Cf. CIC, can. 874) The godparent should be willing to accept the responsibility of assisting the parents in developing the faith life of the child.
2. Copy of Baptismal, First Communion and Confirmation Certificates, marriage license-from Catholic Church if Godparent/Sponsor is married.
3. Attend preparation classes at St. Thomas the Apostle or Holy Trinity which are scheduled four times yearly or provide a letter from parish of registration that verifies attendance of preparation class.

Religious Vocations - The Catholic Community of Holy Trinity continues to pray for the increase of vocations. All of us, as baptized Christians, have a vocation, a call from God to do something special, to be someone special. We are graced by God with gifts and talents to serve God and the Church through a particular lifestyle. Some are called to be Priests, brothers, sisters or Deacons- others are called to be husbands, wives, parents or to live a single life. Through prayer and reflection talking with others we will be able to know God’s call and live out the Gospel in service of others. Click here for more information regarding religious vocations in our Diocese.
Communion For Home Bound,
